2. Refund & Return Policy

We do not provide refunds unless the product is defective. If you receive a defective product, you may request an exchange. To ensure a smooth process, please follow the guidelines below:

Exchanges for Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, we offer an exchange only. Please note that exchanges will not be accepted based on personal choice, size, or color preference.

To request an exchange for a defective product, we require a detailed, uncut video of the product being packed. This video should capture the entire packing process from start to finish to ensure that the item was shipped properly.

  • Your order number
  • A detailed, uncut video of the packing process
  • A clear description of the defect

Once we receive your video and confirm the defect, we will assist you in processing the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimates, lingerie, and swimwear
  • Products that are damaged or altered by the customer

Late or Missing Exchanges

If you haven’t received your exchange yet, please check your bank account again. If the exchange hasn’t been processed, please contact our customer service team. It may take some time before the exchange is completed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Jhankiofficial@gmail.com with a photo of the damage or defect along with the uncut video of the packing process. We will provide you with a replacement or an exchange depending on the situation.

Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product back, unless the defect was caused during our packing process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure we receive the returned items.
